§ 10. Rights reserved to the county.

(a)

The right is hereby reserved to the board to adopt, in addition to the provisions contained herein and in existing applicable ordinances, such additional regulations as it shall find necessary to exercise its lawful authority.

(b)

The board or its agents shall have the right to inspect, and the cable operator shall have the duty to make available, its books, records, maps, plans, and/or other materials of the cable operator pertaining to the operation of the CATV system at any time during normal business hours provided that reasonable advance notice shall have been given to the cable operator as to books, records, maps, plans, and/or other materials that are to be produced for such inspection.

(c)

The board may hold hearings on any matter pertaining to this franchise, and [the] cable operator shall make available its representatives or agents at such hearings. [The] cable operator will be given reasonable advance written notice of, and will have the right to attend, any board public meeting or public hearing pertaining to this franchise or to [the] cable operator's cable television operations, except any lawful executive sessions which may be held by the board.
