§ 11. Duration and acceptance of franchise.

This franchise is hereby granted to operate a CATV system in the County of Amherst, Virginia, and shall take effect and be in force from and after the passage hereof by the board as provided by law, and shall continue in full force and effect for a term of fifteen (15) years.
