§ 8. Removal of facilities.

Upon termination of any subscription of [the] cable operator's service, [the] cable operator may at its own option, or shall upon the written request of the terminated subscriber, remove all of its facilities or equipment from the premises of the terminated subscriber. This paragraph shall not be deemed to grant [the] cable operator any right of entry on the land of any subscriber, and [the] cable operator must comply with all laws in the performance of its rights under this paragraph.
