§ 18. Service to buildings.

The cable operator will provide free cable service for the non-premium service to any county buildings which are passed by the cable system. Such buildings shall include the jail, the courthouse building, and the public schools. The county may, in addition, purchase premium service (pay service) from the cable operator for any such building.
