§ 13. Surrender right.

[The] cable operator may surrender this franchise at any time upon filing with the county administrator written notice of its intention to do so at least six (6) months before the surrender date specified in that notice. All of the rights and privileges and all of the obligations and duties of [the] cable operator in connection with this franchise will terminate on the surrender date.
